a classic. delicious Y2K Teal. iconic. gotta love her. 4.5/5.
blueberry
barely distinguishable from the original Bondi Blue, but from what i can tell in photos online and in real life, it's a slightly lighter color compared to bondi blue. but because of that, i think it's missing some contrast. i don't like it as much. 3/5

underappreciated one! this color combination makes me think of the Teenz Zone at my library circa 2000. 4/5
tangerine
truthfully, my fondness for this one is 99% because of The Cheat's computer. but it's a fun, retrofuturistic color choice, especially with the form factor. on its own i give it a 4.5/5, but it gets elevated to 5/5 because it makes me think of Homestar.
lime
it's very Nickelodeon Slime Green. i wasn't fond of this one when i first wrote this post up on cohost a year or two ago, but it's grown on me a bit...? i'll give it a 2.5/5. it's not my personal favorite flavor but i appreciate what it's going for.
strawberry
my favorite out of the fruit-themed ones. it's a striking hot pink color! i think it looks really cool as an accent to the light greys! 5/5!!
graphite & snow
the coward's choice. so many computers already come in gray and white. i could only find clear press photos for these two together, so they go in one section.
GRAPHITE: i do think the stormy blue-grey with the transluscent plastic is a little nicer than most plain grey computers. i'll give it a 3/5.
SNOW: if you want a solid white iMac you have so many freaking ones to choose from. 0/5. NEXT
indigo
i'm a little biased towards this one, because it's the one i own. the cobalt blue is deep and rich. even if the indigo color wasn't my first choice for my collection, it's still a lovely color. it's a 4.5/5 for me.
ruby
i don't see this one out in the wild too often! i think it's pretty. the lacquered cherry red is quite nice. i'd have fun doing a vampire theme for this if i owned one... 4/5

i see this one even LESS than the ruby one! i think it's beautiful. the muted sea green reminds me of seaglass. it's got an understated, peaceful vibe. 5/5

i don't think this one is as bad as tech reviewers in the year 2001 said it was, but i don't think it's as good as the other color that released alongside it. it's never really made much of an impression on me. 1/5

Fuck Yes. Fuck Yes. THIS is what computers should be. it's a psychedelic pastel floral print computer. you can't see it here, but the apple logo on the back is a nice pastel pink - i wish they did pastel pink accents on the front, too. i've wanted this one for YEARS. 100000/5
